Personal Training Options

Consultation

This includes an hour, sitting down with potential clients, discussing their needs, past workout history, medical issues, nutritional history and determining whether personal training with me is a good option for them.

Cost = FREE


1 x Month

This option is for those clients who need some new ideas for a different workout, they need some help with technique or they just want a little help with motivation.  They may have their own workout room in their house but are tired of doing the same old routine.  This option includes the writing of a workout plan using the equipment they have available and spending an hour going through each exercise and correcting any technique issues with the new exercises.

Cost = $125


One-on-One

Some clients prefer the one-on-one attention of a trainer instead of working out in groups.  After having worked with me in a one-on-one format, some clients have gained enough confidence to transition to semi-private, senior classes or Bootcamp training if that is what they want.


In-Home Training

If you can not travel to my studio, I can bring my business to you.       We will modify your training program for as long as you need this level of training.  When you are physically able we will transfer your training to my studio.  The session rate for this type of training is a little more expensive but worth it to keep you strong and moving while you recuperate.  I will bring all the equipment we will need.


Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training combines the personal attention of a trainer in a small group format.  The cost goes down per person making the training session more affordable for those who still want that kind of instruction without the one-on-one fee.  It is best to find someone who has similar goals to yours and can workout at the same time as you.  This group can include 2-3 people.


Commitment

There is a minimum 3 consecutive month commitment to train with me whether you train one-on-one or in semi-private.  You may also commit up front to 6 months or 12 months.  

Session length is 30 or 45 minutes.  You may choose to train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week.  Prices depend on length of session and number of sessions per week.
