You may schedule individual sessions or you can find a friend who has the same goals as you and workout in a semi-private session. Either way, you will leave feeling you received exactly what you needed.

I get this question a lot and if you look at the list of issues that my clients have brought me to help them with, you can probably relate with something in the list below. One of the most difficult issues to face when hiring a trainer is finding one who is empathetic to your situation. I feel that empathy is one of my best qualities.
